West Australia Using UltraLyte with Long Range Lens for Speed Enforcement

No nonsense enforcement recently started in the western part of Australia using the LTI 20/20 UltraLyte fashioned with a long-range lens, as seen in this video below. Australian news sources report that fines will be up to 5 times higher than before September 26, 2014, when the new enforcement began. Connecticut Police Work to Stop Tailgating

Aggressive driving habits are an issue on every highway; affecting the safety of innocent drivers throughout the nation. Connecticut State Police started a campaign March 1, 2014 to combat these aggressive driving behaviors. The goal of this anti-aggressive driving campaign is to improve overall highway safety in Connecticut and will run through March 31, 2014. The most enforceable aggressive driving behavior is "tailgating" or "following too closely," referring to not allowing a safe distance, per your speed, between your car and the car ahead of you. A Season for Giving - LTI TruCAM

A news agency in Podgorica, Montenegro recently reported the gifting of four Laser Technology, Inc., TruCAM laser speed enforcement units from the Turkey Agency for International Development Cooperation, called "Tika". These units were donated to the traffic division in Podgorica.
