As a result of several recent orders for Criterions with the 5 foot (1.5 m) minimum range option, our 

Production department has experienced difficulty in consistently achieving this specification.  At this 

time, we are asking our distribution network to inform clients who would like to order this option that it is 

temporarily unavailable.  I will keep you up-to-date on our progress as we work to get the problem 

resolved, and apologize for any inconvenience it causes you or your customers.



Just a reminder that on our main Criterion brochure, the standard minimum range is listed as 20 feet (6 

m); when in fact we consistently deliver 10 feet (3 m), + 15%.  If a customer inquires about the reduced 

minimum range option, please make sure they are aware of this misprint.  Chances are that what we can 

deliver will satisfy their requirements.
