Laser Technology with the advent of TruCam, has since 2009, joined with NHTSA and the law enforcement community to warn drivers about the dangers of distracted driving. I'm reasonably sure most of us have seen a car driving erratically; weaving side to side, slowing and speeding up, completely sure it’s a drunk driver. When you’re finally able to pass you look over to discover the driver is bobbing their head up and down while texting! This is highly disturbing. More...
