Tremendous give-a-ways, a 30th year anniversary cake and new product introductions made this year’s International Chiefs of Police Conference (IACP) one to remember. With over 17,000 people in attendance, LTI provided live demos and handed out prizes to hundreds and hundreds of attendees from around the world. LTI also hosted a live presentation during the conference and incorporated a fun and exciting game into this year’s booth activities.

Resourceful Tips and Practices for Officer Safety Live Presentation

On October 17th, LTI once again joined forces with the National Law Enforcement Officer Memorial Fund (NLEOMF) to provide officers around the country with valuable information to keep them safe during their day to day job duties.

At LTI, it is our goal to continue to create products that promote a safe work environment for our officers. During this presentation, attendees heard from traffic safety professionals at the NLEOMF on how to enhance visibility, minimize risks and increase overall safety.

LTI and the NLEOMF also hosted a follow up webinar for those who were not able to attend the live presentation on Nov. 1st, 2016. View the recording of the Officer Safety webinar. In addition to hosting this successful and informative presentation, LTI also introduced multiple new products at this year's conference.

Enforce Speeds with Safety in Mind

Send violations down the road with LTI's Blitz Software. For use in areas where it may not be safe to pull over a violator, this system enables officers to safely enforce speeds within problem areas that were not possible before.

  • Utilizes existing 3G/4G/LTE cellular wireless networks
  • Communicates with private cloud servers to secure data transfer between vehicles
  • Enforce speeds in construction zones, overpasses, narrow roadways and bridges

Map Smart. Map Safe. QuickMap

Just get to the point with LTI’s mapping kit designed for crash scene investigations and crime scene investigations. Now on the Android platform, QuickMap 3D, combined with the TruPoint 300, allows investigators to map a scene extremely accurately and efficiently.

LTI's Roosevelt Rogers, EVP of
Sales & Marketing presents Blitz Go Winner,
Chief Hillen with iPad Pro.
  • Set up in seconds and map an entire scene in half the time
  • Obtain millimeter accuracy with help from red-dot targeting and camera aiming
  • Save time by gathering only the points needed
  • Fit in tight spaces and gather evidence in any size room with compact design
